We solved this customers basement water intrusion problem by installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

This homeowner's personal belongings were damaged by leaky garage walls. In order to solve these issues permanently, we installed a TripleSafe Sump and our WaterGuard Interior Drainage system.

In order to transform this basement, Ken and his crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, the WaterGuard drainage system, a SuperSump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona. The CleanSpace encapsulation is a vapor barrier that prevents water from the walls from getting into the basement. It ensure that the water goes down to the WaterGuard drains and then it gets pumped out through the SuperSump.
