Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner reached out looking to get his basement waterproofed and protected. After meeting with Russell, they discussed a solution and scheduled a date for installation. This particular solution included installing WaterGuard drainage, along with a SuperSump. Additionally, CleanSpace was installed on the walls to create a vapor barrier and protect the walls and air from moisture. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier stops water from entering through the basement walls by allowing the water to drain down the backside of the vapor barrier and into the drainage system. WaterGuard Drainage System will then carry the water away to the sump pump. 

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.
