There was a foundation wall crack that resulted in a wet basement problem. In order to keep the basement dry, a SuperSump pump system was installed. 

The basement of this 100-year-old home had a water intrusion problem. As a result, mold grew, humidity levels rose, and insulation fell. The crew installed a drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent water from entering through the walls or dirt ground. In addition, they installed a SuperSump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure water is pumped out of the basement and humidity levels remain low. 

During the cold winter months, sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing. We have the solution to this problem with IceGuard discharge line protectors! The grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line leaves the house. Water can still be pumped out of your basement if underground pipes freeze in the winter.

This homeowner had a sump pump installed by another company, but it was just not keeping water out. Especially after the major rain we had with Hurricane Helene. The TripleSafe has two pumps to maximize the capacity it can pump out, and if anything happens to one pump you still have the other one. It also has battery backup so it can keep running even when the power goes out. This pump offers more protection and a better ability to pump out water.
