In Danielsville, a property manager turned to us to safeguard their investment against recurring water damage. Initially, excessive moisture led to mold growth and structural concerns. To rectify this, our team installed a comprehensive waterproofing system. The combination of CleanSpace, WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the SaniDry Sedona not only resolved water intrusion but fortified the area for future security. Central to our approach, this proven system ensured a dry, mold-free basement, thereby encouraging a healthier environment and signaling peace of mind for future tenants.
At this customers home, we were given the task to treat the cracks in the concrete of his garage. Not only were these cracks taking away from the aesthetic value of this home, but they were also a sign of compromised stability, and that is not something this homeowner was okay with. Our concrete repair crew was sent out to ease this customers worry and to provide them with the peace of mind that their home was going to be safe once it left our hands. They utilized PolyLevel and NexusPro to fix the areas of concern in this garage. PolyLevel helped to lift and stabilize, while the NexusPro was used to seal the cracks, and ensure that there is no water intrusion. These provided a stable and long-lasting solution for this customers home, and he was left thoroughly pleased.
The TrenchDrain System was installed around the water heater tanks. This was to catch water if there was a leak. Designed to collect water and direct it away from vulnerable areas, TrenchDrain systems help keep everything dry. If the water heater tanks leak, it'll protect the basement from water damage.
Heavy rainfall caused gallons of water to leak into this customer's basement. A result of this was mold growing on personal belongings and damage to walls to the point of needing replacement. Since the customer was planning to sell the home and move, they wanted to fix these issues permanently before moving forward. Following our free waterproofing inspection and quote, the homeowner was pleased with our recommendations and eager to get started. For a permanent solution, we removed the water-damaged walls, treated the space for mold growth, and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor, and a high-quality sump pump. After finishing the project, the homeowner was extremely satisfied with the outcome and had no further issues with water entering the basement.
This homeowner had recently moved in to his home and he was working on some renovations. On his list of things to do was to get new floors installed. While he was getting a quote for the new floors, the floor salesman pointed out the humidity and moisture in the crawl space. Wanting to protect his new home, the owner gave us a call. After meeting with one our System Design Specialists, a plan was created to keep this crawl space dry and clean. In order to encapsulate the space, Josh and his crew cleaned out any debris and prepped for installation. They sealed off any crawl space vents from the inside, to keep outside air out. Once they were finished with sealing off the crawl space, they added CleanSpace to the floors and walls and they wrapped the bottom of the piers as well. The CleanSpace creates an anti-microbial moisture barrier that prevents water from getting into the air in the crawl space. The final touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity. Josh and his crew did an amazing job fixing up this crawl space!
