At this customers home, we were given the task to treat the cracks in the concrete of his garage. Heavy rainfall caused gallons of water to leak into this customer's basement. A result of this was mold growing on personal belongings and damage to walls to the point of needing replacement. Since the customer was planning to sell the home and move, they wanted to fix these issues permanently before moving forward. Following our free waterproofing inspection and quote, the homeowner was pleased with our recommendations and eager to get started. For a permanent solution, we removed the water-damaged walls, treated the space for mold growth, and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor, and a high-quality sump pump.   After finishing the project, the homeowner was extremely satisfied with the outcome and had no further issues with water entering the basement.

This homeowner had recently moved in to his home and he was working on some renovations. On his list of things to do was to get new floors installed. While he was getting a quote for the new floors, the floor salesman pointed out the humidity and moisture in the crawl space. Wanting to protect his new home, the owner gave us a call. Once they were finished with sealing off the crawl space, they added CleanSpace to the floors and walls and they wrapped the bottom of the piers as well. The CleanSpace creates an anti-microbial moisture barrier that prevents water from getting into the air in the crawl space.
