An interior drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed around the perimeter of the basement walls to collect water that seeps through the walls and drain it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The water is then safely removed from the home through an external discharge line. 

Our customer in Athens, GA who had a sagging floors throughout their home, soft spots in the floors, and sheet rock cracks in their walls. All classic signs of an unstable crawl space. They called Atlanta Basement Systems and we visited the home and check it out. Upon inspection we noticed there were issues with the floor joists, causing the sagging symptoms the customer noticed upstairs. Using our patented SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer, our Foreman Aaron and crew were able to lift and stabilize the crawl space, addressing and resolving all the concerns with their crawl space. Now the homeowner can live in their home with solid floors and home on stable ground. 

By using the PolyLevel System, Atlanta Basement Systems was able to lift the sunken concrete to the flat, desired level.

This slab had sunken significantly over time, causing separation from the slab and wall. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection Foam between the slab and ground to raise it. PolyLevel can be installed quickly, and discretely. And it keeps your slab from sinking again!

In Carnesville, Georgia, the homeowner faced significant issues with mold due to an unsealed, moist crawl space, noticeable in the before photo. To address this, Atlanta Basement Systems implemented the CleanSpace encapsulation system and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The transformation, evident in the after photo, includes a clean, dry crawl space, effectively protecting the home from further moisture and mold damage.
