In order to fix this, one of our crews installed a few SmartJacks along with a supplemental beam. SmartJacks are made form strong galvanized steel and they're installed on a sturdy base so they don't settle. They can be easily adjusted, which is way they are great for installing in tight spaces, like a crawl space. Willie was very happy with how the work was done and he no longer has sagging floors.
