This customer was dealing with little stability and multiple cracks in his concrete. He wanted to get these issues fixed and live with peace of mind that there was stability in the concrete surrounding his home. He gave us at Atlanta Basement Systems a call, to get an inspection to determine what we could do to help him and resolve the issues he was having at his home. Our sales rep was able to conduct an inspection and come to the conclusion that we would need to send a crew to install NexusPro crack repair, and they replaced an area of the concrete. The replacement of the concrete was able to ensure that the stability was restored to the area. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water infiltration and will not deteriorate or crack again during the natural contraction and expansion of concrete during the change of temperature and seasons. This customer was left thoroughly pleased with the results.

There was a foundation wall crack that resulted in a wet basement problem. In order to keep the basement dry, a SuperSump pump system was installed. 

The basement of this 100-year-old home had a water intrusion problem. As a result, mold grew, humidity levels rose, and insulation fell. The crew installed a drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent water from entering through the walls or dirt ground. In addition, they installed a SuperSump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure water is pumped out of the basement and humidity levels remain low. 

A wet, musty crawl space was encapsulated and transformed into a dry, clean space using our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SuperSump sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
