The CleanSpace, EZ-Flow and drainage matting work together to provide a barrier between the Earth and the crawl space and work to keep the moisture out of the space. They work to drain the water to the TripleSafe sump pump, which is our top of the line sump pump. Coming equipped with dual twin liners, battery back up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system, the TripleSafe will guarantee the crawl space to stay dry. The EverLast door is an extra means of protection to close the crawl space off the the outside elements. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier keeps the moisture and humidity levels down in the crawl space, which ensures mold and wood rot will not occur.
