Water Intrusion
This picture is showing where and how the water was entering the basement. It doesn't look like much form this picture, but over time, even the smallest bit of water entering consistently will cause further issues in the home.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is the white liner that is installed to the walls of the basement. The CleanSpace provides a barrier between the intruding water and the basement, by allowing the water to drain behind the CleanSpace. It is antimicrobial, preventing any mold from growing as well. Once the water drains behind the CleanSpace, it moves down to the WaterGuard which is installed under the original concrete of the basement. The WaterGuard carries the water to the sump pump. Once installed, the WaterGuard is covered with a thin layer of concrete, which you can see here, but it will dry down to flow easier with the flooring of the original basement.

SuperSump
The SuperSump is a sump pump that is primarily used during real estate jobs. It comes equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water in the sump pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home. This provides further peace of mind for the new homeowner, because they know that they will not have to worry with a leak that they are unaware about.

IceGuard & LawnScape
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage line from the sump pump. It is specifically designed to ensure that even during a freeze or blockage in the drainage line that it will not back up into the basement causing a flood. The LawnScape outlet is installed to the end of the drainage line. It is installed a proper length away from the house to ensure that water does not back up, or flood the immediate exterior of the home.
