This liner traps moisture and it transformed the area into a clean, dry environment by effectively preventing any further mold or mildew growth. Then they installed WaterGuard to manage water seepage by directing it to the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe system is designed to handle high water volumes, ensuring protection even in challenging conditions. Together, these systems created a robust defense against water intrusion.
To address the structural issues, our foundation crew installed the SmartJack system. This involved placing steel support posts to stabilize and lend strength to the weakened floor joists above the crawl space. This will reduce excessive floor bounce and correct visible sagging. Upon completion, our team ensured the space was clean and they left the homeowner with a dry, stable, and healthy crawl space.
