Even though, in this picture you cant physically see any water, the efflorescence is the sign that water has been present. It is the salt deposits that are left remaining after water has been in the space. You can also see mold growing on the wood, affecting the air quality throughout the home.

CleanSpace is the white liner that is pictured, and this is what provides a barrier between the crawl space and the outside world.
