Before of Crawl Space
In this photo you can see the efflorescence depicted on the walls of the space. Even though, in this picture you cant physically see any water, the efflorescence is the sign that water has been present. It is the salt deposits that are left remaining after water has been in the space. You can also see mold growing on the wood, affecting the air quality throughout the home.

CleanSpace & SilverGlo
CleanSpace is the white liner that is pictured, and this is what provides a barrier between the crawl space and the outside world. It allows the water to drain behind it and keep the moisture out of the space. It is antimicrobial, ensuring that mold will not grow, and it turns the crawl space into usable space. SilverGlo was placed on the walls to insulate the crawl space to provide ideal temperatures in the space.

EverLast Door
The EverLast door seals off the crawl space from the outside world, and it another means of protection against outside moisture and humidity from entering the crawl space.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is our top of the line dehumidifier, and it keeps the relative humidity and moisture levels down, ensuring that not only is the crawl space staying dry, but it allows healthier air to circulate from the crawl space throughout the home.
