Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Dewy Rose, Georgia facing significant concerns with their home's foundation. The process involved cutting galvanized steel columns to the required length, placing them on robust 12-inch steel bases. They were then meticulously secured to the wooden girders using adjustable top brackets. The precise installation allowed us to raise the floors closer to their original height, effectively eliminating unnecessary floor bounce. The SmartJack® system's robust engineering ensures long-term stability by distributing the home's weight efficiently across an engineered fill base, addressing any concerns of weak foundation soils.
