Crawl Space Before Work
This picture shows the state of the crawl space prior to this project being completed. On the walls you can see the efflorescence from where water has entered the space. This was leading to the excess moisture and humidity in the space.
CleanSpace Encapsulation
CleanSpace is the white liner that you can see laid throughout the crawl space. It provides a barrier between the inside and outside of the home. Antimicrobial, meaning that no mold will be able to grow.
SuperSump Plus
The SuperSump Plus is a sump pump coming equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system. The WaterWatch alerts the homeowner if the water level in the sump pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out. The water is draining behind the CleanSpace and into the sump pump to be discharged from the home.
