This photo depicts the mold that was growing on the wood in this crawl space. Once this mold has grown it is sign that the moisture and humidity levels in this crawl space are really high. Which in turn, the homes moisture and humidity is high, and it is leaving unclean air to circulate throughout the home.
EverLast Door
The EverLast Door is what we install to further seal off the crawl space to the outside of the Earth. It provides a further step to encapsulating the crawl space and ensure that any outside moisture and humidity cannot enter the crawl space.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is laid on the crawl space floor, up the walls, and wrapped around the piers. It provides the full barrier between the interior and exterior of the crawl space. It is antimicrobial, meaning mold growth will not occur once this is installed. It leaves the crawl space clean, and provides usable space to the homeowner.

The SaniDry Sedona is our top of the line dehumidifier, and it keeps the relative moisture and humidity percentages low in the crawl space, and allows clean air to filter in through the home. It is set during the installation process, and does not have to be touched again by the homeowner.
