Efflorescence in the Crawl Space
Efflorescence is the white substance on the walls of this crawl space. It is the salt deposits that are left behind once water has been present. This is a good sign to look for if you are trying to determine whether water has been present somewhere in the home.

EZ-Flow Drainage System
EZ-Flow was installed into this crawl space, and it works as a drainage system in the space. Water drains through the EZ-Flow which is designed so that blockages are not an issue, and the water makes it to the TripleSafe sump pump.

TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. The TripleSafe ensures to keep this crawl space and basement not only dry, but dry all of the time. It comes equipped with dual pump liners, battery backup system and the WaterWatch alarm system. With all of these in this sump pump it will still work and keep everything dry during the times that the home will need it most.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard
In the basement they installed the CleanSpace Wall System and this allows the water to drain behind the liner and into the WaterGuard. It provides a barrier between the moisture and the basement, keeping the moisture levels down. The WaterGuard is installed under the original concrete in the floors and collects the water that is draining behind the liner. In this case, the WaterGuard carries the water to the feed line that is connected to the TripleSafe in the crawl space.
