Mold In Crawlspace
Before any work was done, during the appointment with Robbie, this crawlspace had mold growing all over the wood. Not only is this not a good look, in the home, but it is also circulating unhealthy air throughout the home, causing health issues for the family living in the home.

Mold Remediation
Here at Atlanta Basement Systems, we have a certified mold remediation crew. They use soda blasting to rid the mold that is on the wood, leaving it not only looking clean, but being clean. This is done before any work is completed, leaving the crawlspace clean before they begin installing.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifer
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed into this crawlspace to keep moisture and humidity out of the air, and at a relative percentage. The SaniDry Sedona not only keeps the air dry, but it further provides quality air to be circulated throughout the home.

SmartJacks
SmartJacks are installed into the ground into holes that are dug out. The holes are filled with concrete for stability, and the base of the SmartJacks is placed to hold and distribute the load. All of the steel pieces are assembled and connected to the support beams. The whole system is then tightened in place, immediately stabilizing and leveling the floors and walls.

SuperSump Plus
The SuperSump Plus pumps the water that has entered and drained behind the CleanSpace liner out of the home. This SuperSump Plus came equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which will alert the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home. The SuperSump Plus ensures that the crawlspace will stay dry.
