Dehumidification
We added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that the air stays dry and clean. This will also help to eliminate any odors currently present.
Full Encapsulation in the Crawl Space
To tackle the excess moisture, our expert production team installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, including the durable CleanSpace liner. This high-quality barrier prevents moisture penetration and protects against mold and mildew. The SilverGlo insulation was placed on the walls, combining effective insulation with a radiant heat barrier to maintain energy efficiency and create an impervious moisture barrier.
