Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

This customer got into contact with us here at Atlanta Basement Systems with concerns over the cracks in her concrete driveway. They have worsened over time, and she wanted to get them handled. One of our system design specialists, Josh, was able to inspect her home and he was able to give her the solution to her problems. To fix these cracks, they used NexusPro crack repair, which is put into the cracks, sealing them off. NexusPro will not allow water infiltration, and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased with the results. 

This customer was having problems with the concrete around his home. He was noticing cracks and areas where it was unlevel. This can cause issues for the homeowner because the concrete surrounding a home is helping to stabilize the foundation of the home, and if the concrete takes too much damage it can begin to decrease the structural integrity of the foundation of the home. Concrete will crack naturally during contraction and expansion as the seasons change. For this customer we also used PolyLevel, which is a structural grade foam made up of polymers and it helps to lift and level the concrete to the desired height. It is installed into small holes that are drilled into the concrete. The NexusPro is a silicone based sealant that will not ruin during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased with the results, and will not have to worry about the structural integrity again.

In the before photo, notice the cracked and unlevel driveway our Monticello homeowner faced, leading to safety concerns and aesthetic issues. This concrete slab was severely cracked and uneven in multiple areas. In order to correct this problem our crew used PolyLevel Injection Foam to lift the concrete and level it out. Then they filled in the cracks with the NexusPro solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to use!
