Commercial Foundations Before & After Photos

Having inadequate support in the crawl space led to bouncy floors in the living space above. SmartJack Support Posts were installed to solve the problem.

After Waylon, our Resident Sales Pro, did an inspection of this crawl space he noticed some serious foundation support issues. His suggestion was to install multiple SmartJacks, along with a supplemental beam. SmartJacks are great for crawl spaces because they can be easily adjusted to fit into any space. They're installed on a solid base of engineered fill so that they don't sink over time. After talking the homeowner through the problems and how we can fix them, he scheduled a date for us to install the SmartJacks. Now this homeowner can have peace of mind, not having to worry about their floors or foundation. 

We installed SmartJack Support Posts to lift and stabilize the floor above this crawl space. In the event of future settlement, SmartJack steel piers can be easily adjusted. 

Helical tiebacks were installed to permanently stabilize this client's cracked retaining wall.
