Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The carpet in this customer's finished basement was damaged by water leaks. To fix this problem, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a high quality sump pump. This system was designed to intercept the water leaks and direct them to the sump pump, allowing it to pump the water out of the basement quickly and efficiently.

The SmartSump sump pump system is specifically designed for crawl spaces to help reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding.

This homeowner wanted to protect their home and investments so they wanted to waterproof their basement. To do this Ken and his crew went out the home to install a custom waterproofing solution. This solution included WaterGuard drainage along with a TripleSafe sump pump, LawnScape, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This homeowner also opted to install an Aspen Air System. All the components work together to keep moisture out of the air and out of the basement.  

As part of our solution, we installed WaterGuard, an interior drainage system that captures water at the source of entry and channels it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump system to be removed from the home, ensuring that the basement of this customer remains continuously dry.

To eliminate musty odors, high humidity, and moisture from the air, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier in this customers crawl space.
