Water accumulation like this leads to mold, unpleasant odors, and structural issues over time. To resolve this, we utilized our CleanSpace system to seal the area, significantly improving moisture control. We paired this with a SuperSump to handle water evacuation efficiently and installed an IceGuard system for uninterrupted discharge. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensures a dry and healthier environment, now visible in the after photo.

During the cold winter months, sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing. We have the solution to this problem with IceGuard discharge line protectors! The grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line leaves the house. Water can still be pumped out of your basement if underground pipes freeze in the winter.
