This customer called in to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems, wanting to get the cracked and unlevel concrete on her front porch fixed. Not only was this problem unappealing to look at, but it also caused safety concerns. Once the home was inspected it was found that the solution was going to be PolyLevel and the NexusPro crack repair. The concrete repair crew installed the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that was injected into small holes in the concrete to lift and level the concrete to the desired height. The NexusPro seals off the cracks, not allowing water infiltration, which provides long-lasting and durable solution. This customer was happy with the results, and we were happy in knowing that we gave her peace of mind back, and also made her home look more appealing upon initial entrance.

Our crew used PolyLevel Injection Foam to raise the concrete slabs back to the their original positions. The foam is lightweight so it won't cause damage the soil below it or cause further soil settlement issues. Additionally, it won't wash away or react with the soil, so it does not require continuous upkeep. 15 minutes after installation, this homeowner was able to use their driveway again without any issues!

Our crew was sent out, and they were able to fix all the concerns he had. They used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant and this sealed all the cracks that he had in his garage floor. This solution ensures that this customer will never have to deal with these cracks again, because they will not break down during the natural expansion and contraction of the home. He was also able to use his garage shortly after, because this is a fast-curing method. This customer was very satisfied with his results.
