With the help of our foundation repair crew led by foreman Matt Snyder, this homeowner's sagging floor problem was permanently resolved with SmartJack Support Posts and steel supplemental beams.

This crawl space needed some serious love and attention because it was in rough shape. Isaiah and his crew arrived to the home and first had to remove all the debris and seal the crawl space vents. Then they used CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to create a vapor barrier and keep moisture out of the air. They also used the CleanSpace to wrap the bottom of the piers. Then they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, along with a condensation pump. This will control the relative humidity in the air and the condensation pump will remove water collected from the dehumidifier. Now the crawl space looks amazing and is protected from moisture and humidity!

This homeowner reached out to us after discovering that their insulation was falling in their crawl space. Matt and his crew were able to transform the space by doing mold remediation with soda blasting and then fully encapsulating the crawl space by sealing the vents, installing an EverLast door, and using the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To finish it off, a SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep relative humidity low and prevent mold.
