In the before photo, it is pictured how water was seeping into the basement, leaving this as unusable space. Here at Atlanta Basement Systems we stepping in, providing a solution to keep it dry. Josh and his crew installed the CleanSpace, WaterGuard drainage system and the TripleSafe sump pump. With the combination of these this basement was guaranteed to stay dry, and this is pictured in the after photo. This homeowner can now confidently use the basement again, without worry all of their stuff will be wet and ruined.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier stops water from entering through the basement walls by allowing the water to drain down the backside of the vapor barrier and into the drainage system. WaterGuard Drainage System will then carry the water away to the sump pump. 

A high-quality sump pump was needed to keep this crawl space dry. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is designed to provide three levels of protection to keep the crawl space dry: the primary pump, a backup pump, and a battery-powered emergency pump. This ensures that the crawl space stays dry, even in the event of a power outage. 

As a result of these support posts sinking into the soil, the floor in this customer's sunroom sagged. As a permanent support, four SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift and stabilize the floor. 

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.
