After a bad basement flood, this homeowner called us out to their house in Waleska, Georgia to see what could be done to prevent future water damage. Our System Design Specialist, Waylon, took a look around and created a unique solution for waterproofing the basement. The components of this solution were installing the WaterGuard drainage system along with a TripleSafe pump system, the CleanSpace Wall System, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. All of these components work together to ensure that moisture from the floor and walls never get into the basement. CleanSpace provides a barrier so moisture runs into the WaterGuard drain, and from there the TripleSafe pumps the water out. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier keeps relative humidity below 60% so that the air stays dry.
