This customer had noticed a dropping in their pool deck, which was causing the concrete to become unlevel. To start off they drilled pea-sized holes in to the concrete, to be used as the injection site. The polyurethane foam was injected into the concrete, filling the voids. As soon as the foam was injected, it began to expand lifting, leveling and stabilizing the concrete back to original position. Once the project was complete, the pool deck was left lifted and level. The homeowner was left happy and with peace of mind restored.

Once they got into contact with our customer care department, they were scheduled for a free inspection and estimate for one of our system design specialists to conduct. Throughout the inspection, the system design specialist was taking his time to thoroughly inspect the home and basement to prescribe the best suited solution for the home and the homeowner. Afterwards, it was found that the best solution was going to be to waterproof the section of the basement where the water was seeping through. To do this, the production crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System to the walls. It is an antimicrobial white liner that allows for the water to drain behind it, and provides a barrier between the moisture and the basement. The WaterGuard was installed underneath the original concrete, once it was removed from the perimeter. The WaterGuard catches the water that is draining behind the CleanSpace, and allocates it to the sump pump. The SuperSump sump pump was installed and discharged the water out and away from the home. The SuperSump came equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water in the pump reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out. This basement was left dry and this homeowner was left happy with the results.

Next, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to the cracks and joints, effectively sealing them against moisture and future erosion.
