It was found that PolyLevel was going to be the correct route to go. From there, Caleb and his crew were scheduled out to the home to begin the installation process. This began with them drilling pea-sized holes into the slab, and through these the PolyLevel was injected. It is a polyurethane foam that expands and cures below the surface, filling voids and lifting the slab back to the original position. This ensures stability and balance, leaving the slab level and no chance of it falling again. They cleaned the garage slab, and once they left the only sign we were there was a level and stable garage floor. From there, Lavill and his crew installed the piers by screwing them into the ground, transferring the weight of the home, from the unstable soils, to more durable and reliable soil. They added sections of steel for depth and attached the piers to the home with steel brackets. This in turn stabilized the home and secured the foundation, while lifting it back to its original position. This halted further settlement, and provided the homeowner with the peace of mind they were looking for while they continued to live in their home with no fear.

WaterGuard is a discreet internal drainage channel placed along the perimeter of the basement and directs the water to the sump pump. The water draining into the WaterGuard, is draining behind the CleanSpace, which is installed to the walls of the basement, providing a barrier between the moisture and the basement. From there the water was directed to the SuperSump Plus sump pump, which is able to manage a high volume of water flow, and expels the water out and away from the home. Due to cold weather in the area, they also installed IceGuard to the exterior drainage line, which is specifically designed to allow water to exit the home in the case of a freeze or blockage in the line.
