Cracks in Wall
This picture is depicting the cracks in the wall, showing that the structural integrity has been compromised. The foundation has settled, and now it needs to be restored. This can be scary for the homeowner, because the foundation of the home is the most important aspect of the home. This was something that we wanted to be sure we could fix.
Cracks in the Concrete
During the natural contraction and expansion of concrete, cracks tend to form throughout the concrete. When this happens they allow water to seep in, and aesthetically they are not fun to look at. We wanted to fix these, so that if water was to leak in it was not entering the cracks, and causing damage underneath the concrete slab.
PowerBraces
PowerBraces were installed to the walls of this basement, to restore the structural integrity of the home. They are custom fit to the basement wall height, and secured to the floor and joists. This allows for them to tighten over time, meaning less invasive work and they prevent the wall from failing.
NexusPro Crack Repair
NexusPro was injected to the cracks in this basement to seal off the cracks to any water intrusion. NexusPro is a sealant, and does not allow for water instrusion and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete.
