These columns were securely attached to the existing girders with adjustable top brackets, providing firm support and stability.

Through careful installation and the utilization of heavy-duty threaded rods, we adjusted the system to lift the sagging floors back toward their original position, substantially reducing floor bounce. On completion of the installation, not only were the immediate concerns of the sagging floors resolved, but the homeowner was also left with a reinforced and secure foundation.
