Crack on Interior Sheetrock
This picture is depicting the crack that was found on the sheetrock of one of the interior walls in the home, showing the effects of the foundation settling. Once the foundation has begun settling, it can cause different issues in the home, and here at Atlanta Basement Systems, we wanted to give the new buyer of this home peace of mind that the house was not going to fall over. This is why we installed Push Piers, installed into the stable soil layer, transferring the weight of the home, onto the steel Piers and brackets, to lift and stabilize the home back to the original level.

Void Underneath Concrete Patio
The concrete underneath this patio had completely eroded away, leaving it unstable and not visually appealing. The realtor knew this was an issue that needed to be addressed before placing the home on the market. To fix this, they injected PolyLevel to fill the void.

PolyLevel Injection
Coley and his crew injected PolyLevel underneath the entirety of the eroded out concrete patio, not only filling the void, but providing stability to the patio. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam, that is lightweight, and water and wash-out proof. This allow for stability without added weight.

Void Filled
After the PolyLevel was injected, and stabilized the concrete patio, it looks as if we were never there. Now both the realtor and new home owner, can have peace of mind in knowing that this once eroded out concrete slab, is now stable, and the stairs can be used without fear.
