TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard
Our professional installation crew began by setting up the WaterGuard system, a subfloor pathway to efficiently direct water to the sump pump, to prevent seepage from reaching the floor. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump provided three layers of protection, including a battery backup for uninterrupted pumping during power outages. With IceGuard, we ensured the disposal system worked efficiently even in cold conditions, allowing water to escape if discharge lines became obstructed by ice.
PowerBraces and CleanSpace
We encapsulated the area using CleanSpace liner to reduce moisture invasion and CleanSpace's antimicrobial properties safeguarded the space from mold growth. Then, we installed the PowerBrace system for added security, reinforcing the foundation walls against further inward movement.
