Water Entering Basement
This picture depicts where you can see that water has been entering the basement, leaving excess moisture and humidity in the place of it. This customer not only wanted a safe home, but they also wanted a usable basement, and when water is leaking in that takes that idea completely out of the window.
CleanSpace & WaterGuard
CleanSpace is a heavy-duty liner that is placed on the basement walls, and provides a barrier between the water leaking in and the basement. It allows the water to drain behind it and into the WaterGuard, while also providing a clean finish. The WaterGuard is placed around the perimeter of the basement floors, and it gathers the water and redirects it to the sump pump ot be discharged out of the basement.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. It comes with dual twin liners, the battery back-up system and the WaterWatch alarm system. The battery back-up systems ensures that the sump pump will still work during the times when it is needed most, and the WaterWatch alarm system alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage line, and it is specifically designed to allow the water to still drain out of the home in the case of a blockage or freeze in the discharge lines. During normal conditions, the water drains through the lines as normal, but in case of a freeze or blockage the IceGuard allows the water to drain out, without having to change anything manually.
