CleanSpace & WaterGuard
CleanSpace is a heavy-duty white liner that is placed on the basement walls and it prevents water and moisture from entering the space, and also providing it was a clean and finished appearance. The water drains behind the CleanSpace into the WaterGuard, the interior drainage system installed along the perimeter of the basement floor. It collects the water leaking in and redirects it to the sump pump to be drained out of the home.

Coming equipped with dual pump liners, battery back-up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system it guarantees that water will not leak into the space of the basement again. The WaterWatch alarm system alerts the homeowner if the water in the pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out, and the battery back-up systems ensure it will still work during times when it is needed most.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage line, and it is specifically designed to prevent water build-up in the case of a blockage or freeze in the line. In normal conditions, the water flows through the discharge line like normal, but if the line freeze or a blockage occurs, the IceGuard activates without manual intervention and allows the water to drain out so that it doesn't back up into the basement.
