CleanSpace
CleanSpace is applied to the walls of the basement, and it allows the water that is leaking in to drain behind it. It provides a barrier between the water and the basement, ensuring that moisture is kept out of the space. It drains the water into the WaterGuard. CleanSpace is also antimicrobial, so it prevents mold growth.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed underneath the original concrete of the basement, and it collects the water that is draining behind the CleanSpace, and carries it to the sump pump. Once the WaterGuard is placed, Ken and his crew laid a thin layer of concrete over the top, to further blend it into the remainder of the space.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. Coming equipped with dual twin liners, backup battery system and the WaterWatch alarm system. Not only is the TripleSafe going to keep this basement dry, but it is going to keep this basement dry all of the time. The WaterWatch alarm system will alert the homeowner if the water level in the sump pump reaches a point at which it should have been pumped out.
IceGuard
This is the IceGuard that was installed to the exterior drainage line on the outside of the home. IceGuard is specifically designed to allow water to drain out if there is ever a blockage in the drainage line. The way that it is designed prevents water from just draining out of the holes all the time.
