CleanSpace and WaterGuard
The CleanSpace Wall System and WaterGuard directly work together to drain the water and moisture out of the basement. The CleanSpace liner is installed onto the wall and the water drains behind it and into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard that is installed under the original concrete floors, then carries the water to the sump pump to discharge it out and away from the home.
SuperSump Plus
The SuperSump Plus is a sump pump that comes equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system. This system works by letting the homeowner know if the water level in the sump pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been discharged out. It adds an extra level of peace of mind to the homeowner when it comes to knowing that their basement is staying dry.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona is our dehumidifier that helps to keep the moisture and humidity levels down in the space. Once the dehumidifier is placed, and set to the correct relative percentage level, the homeowner will not have to worry about messing with it again. This not only keeps the basement dry, but also helps with the air quality circulating throughout the home.
Exterior Discharge
This is what the exterior discharge line outside of the home looks like before we cover it back up, and hide the evidence that we were ever at the home. This line is how the water is discharged from the home, and it is placed within a certain amount of feet away from the home. This ensures that water will not be discharged and pooling back up at the exterior of the home.
