CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace was installed to the walls of this basement, to provide a barrier between the basement and the moisture that is draining into the space. It allows the water to drain behind the liner and into the WaterGuard that is installed underneath the original concrete of the floors, and it carries the water to the sump pump.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. This sump pump is guaranteed to not only keep this basement dry, but keep it dry all of the time. Coming equipped with dual pump liners, back-up battery system and the WaterWatch alarm system, this sump pump will continue to work during the times that the home will need it most.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage line, and it ensures that during a blockage or a freeze the water will not back up into the basement. Specifically designed to allow the water to flow out of the holes at the top during a blockage, but not allow the water to flow out when the line is open, ensure water is not pooling up at the exterior of the home.
TrenchDrain
This TrenchDrain was installed to collect and direct the surface water to a different area, to ensure that this area of the driveway is not filling with water constantly.
