CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is installed to the walls of the basement, to provide a barrier between the water draining behind the liner, and the basement, keeping all moisture out of the space. Underneath, the original concrete, the WaterGuard is installed, catching the water that is draining behind the CleanSpace. The WaterGuard carries the water to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump, guaranteed to keep the basement dry all of the time. Coming equipped with dual twin liners, battery back-up and the WaterWatch alarm system. The WaterWatch alarm system alerts the homeowner if the water level in the pump ever reaches when it should have been pumped out. Battery back-up keeps the sump pump working during a power outage, keeping the basement dry during a heavy storm.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage lines, and is specifically designed to ensure that a blockage or freeze will not disrupt the process of the water draining out and away from the basement.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet is installed to the end of the drainage line, and it is the way the water is discharged out and away from the home. Drainage lines are placed at an adequate amount of feet away from the home to ensure that there is no water back up into the home.
