CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is the durable white liner that was installed to the walls of this basement. CleanSpace is antimicrobial ensuring that mold cannot grow, and it allows the water leaking into the basement to drain behind the liner, and down into the WaterGuard. Providing a barrier between the moisture and the basement. WaterGuard is installed into the floor of the basement, and it gathers the water draining behind the CleanSpace and carries it to the sump pump.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. Coming equipped with twin liners, battery back-up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system, the TripleSafe guarantees that this basement is going to stay dry all of the time. The WaterWatch alarm system alerts the homeowner if the water in the sump pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage line, and further ensures that water will not enter this basement again. IceGuard is specifically designed to make sure that during a freeze or blockage the drainage line will not back up into the basement.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet is installed at the end of the drainage line that is buried underneath the lawn. The LawnScape Outlet is where the water drains out from the sump pump. The drainage line and lawnscape is installed at a specific length away from the home to ensure that the homeowner will not have water backup directly at the exterior of the home.
