Proof of Water Leak
On this stone wall in this basement you can see the deposits from the water entering the basement. If you have never seen puddles of water in the basement, this is a good sign to look for to know if there is a leak into the basement.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
The CleanSpace Wall System was installed into this basement to provide a barrier between the moisture and the space. The CleanSpace liner allows the water to drain behind it, and down into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is installed underneath the original concrete, and collect the water to drain it to the sump pump. Once the WaterGuard is installed it is then covered with a thin layer of concrete over the top.
SuperSump
The SuperSump is one of our sump pumps, that allow the basement to stay dry, while also alerting homeowners if not. The sump pump collects the water draining behind the CleanSpace and into the WaterGuard, and discharges the water out and away from the home. This SuperSump was installed, coming equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which will alert the homeowner if the water in the sump pump ever reaches a level at which it should have been discharged from the home.
