Efflorescence present
Efflorescence is the residue that is left on the wall once water has been present. The salt deposits in the water leave the white residue on the wall, and even if the wall is not actively wet, the efflorescence is a sign just how much water has been present.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump is our top of the line sump pump. The TripleSafe ensures that this basement stays dry all of the time. Coming equipped with dual liners, battery back-up, WaterWatch alarm system, turning this basement into dry, usable space.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
The CleanSpace Wall Systemm is installed to the basement walls, providing a barrier between the water entering and the basement. The CleanSpace allows the water to drain behind the liner, and into the WaterGuard. Once it has made it to the WaterGuard, it is taken to the sump pump. The WaterGuard is installed under the original concrete, and covered with a thin layer of concrete, so that it blends into the home, looking as if we were never at the home.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona is our dehumidifier, and it keeps the air circulating through the space dry and pure. Once the SaniDry Sedona is installed, it is set to the correct number to keep the relative humidity levels down, and it is something that the home owner will have to deal with.
SmartJacks
SmartJacks were installed into this basement, and they helped to add structural integrity back into the home. They are installed into the ground and the floor joists. SmartJacks allow for tightening over time, which also allows for less work being done at a time in the home, but also provides peace of mind back into the structural integrity of the foundation and stabilization of the home.
