CrawlSpace Prior to Work
This picture is depicting the crawlspace during the appointment with the system design specialists, before the production crew was at the home. On the walls you can see evidence that was left behind where the water had been entering the crawlspace. A wet crawlspace is never good for the home, causing mold, mildew, wood rot, and health problems for the people living in this home. As a company we knew we needed to fix this issue to provide peace of mind to the customer.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard
The CleanSpace Wall System is installed to the wall and is the white liner pictured, that allows the water to drain behind it. It provides a barrier between the moisture and the basement, allowing the water to drain out of the home without causing an issue. The WaterGuard is installed into a hole that is dug out of the original concrete, and it allows the water that is draining behind the CleanSpace, a place to exit the home to the sump pump. Once the WaterGuard is placed, it is covered with a thin layer of concrete, so it can mesh with the rest of the basement. You would never know any work was completed.

TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump is our top of the line sump pump. Coming equipped with dual liners, battery back-up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system, this sump pump guarantees that this home is going to stay dry all of the time. Also turning the basement and crawlspace back into usable space.

SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona was installed in this home as well, and this keeps the humidity and moisture levels in the home down. Not only does the SaniDry Sedona keep the homes air dry, but it delivers quality air to circulate throughout the home. Not requiring any extra work from the homeowner as well.
