What made you choose our company:

(1) The customer care rep (Jared) when I first called seemed very understanding, polite and honest. (2) The information packet that I got in the mail was comprehensively informative and top notch quality. (3)The inspector who provided the solution and estimate (Sokha) was professional and able to quickly establish rapport enabling trust. Those 3 elements inspired confidence enough to outweigh seeking what may have been a slightly less costly and less quality solution. On the negative side: Right after making the initial appointment for an estimate, I received an e-mail confirmation.
