This picture is representing the scope of the water that was entering this basement. This photo was taken during the inspection appointment, and it let out system design specialist know the realm of the problem, and how we would be able to appropriately diagnose, and fix this issue for the customer.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
The CleanSpace Wall System is installed to the wall and acts as a barrier between the water and the basement. It is the white liner that you are seeing on the wall, and allows the water to drain behind it and into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is installed under the original concrete once a hole has been dug out, and it collects the water that is draining behind the CleanSpace, and carries it to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe is our top of the line sump pump. It is guaranteed to keep this basement dry all of the time. Coming equipped with dual pump liners, battery back-up system, and the WaterWatch alarm system, this makes for the perfect sump pump if you are looking for the space to stay dry constantly. The battery back-up ensures that this pump will work, even during a power outage, and the WaterWatch alarm system alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape is installed at the end of the exterior drainage line. It is how the water that is being pumped out from the basement is exiting the home. The drainage line is installed in a specific spot far enough away from the outside of the home, so that the homeowner will never have to worry with the water backing up into the space, causing the same issues.
