Crawlspace during Inspection
Upon the date of the inspection, this is what the crawlspace looked like. You can see on the walls where efflorescence is present. Efflorescence is the salt deposits that are left over once the water has drained out of the area. This helps provide proof that there is a problem that needs to be fixed, before it can cause further damage.

EZ-Flow installation
EZ-Flow is installed under the dirt, and works to waterproof the crawlspace, and removes the water from the crawlspace. It also acts as a filter, ensuring that only the water is leaving, and collects any moisture in the space.

CleanSpace
CleanSpace is laid across the entirety of the crawlspace, acting as a barrier between the home and the outside. The CleanSpace allows the water to drain behind the liner, through the drainage matting. This ensures that moisture is not in the crawlspace, and the liner is antimicrobial, which means that mold will not grow, keeping the air throughout your home safe.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is our top of the line dehumidifier. It is installed in the crawlspace and keeps the moisture out of the air, and ensures that this crawlspace is no longer suitable to hold water or moisture.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is going to ensure that this crawlspace stays dry all of the time. The TripleSafe comes equipped with battery back up, twin pump liners, the WaterWatch alarm system. Battery back up ensures it will still work during a power outage, which usually occurs during big storms with a lot of rain. The WaterWatch alarm systems alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the sump pump should have pumped it out.
